Princess Mary Residential Development The project involved the design of the external environment around the conversion of the former Princess Mary maternity hospital into residential apartments and townhouses. It included the detailed design of hard and soft landscape works and the contract management of planting works . The design included paving, seating
areas, feature pier caps and copings, circular pool with bespoke fountain,
tree and shrub planting. The bronze and granite fountain was designed
by David Wilson
